Refund policy

CHANGES IN SIZE OR RETURNS

 

1. You must send an email to mimatboutique@gmail.com indicating the reason for the return. We will answer you within a maximum of 72 hours authorizing the change or return.

You have to notify you that you want to make a change or return within the first 7 days of receiving the package.

You can do the return or change in two ways:

1. Thereturn on Peninsula is free.

The shipment can be done in the way you want.

If you want us to take care of the return, this shipment has a Cost of EUR 4 which will be subtracted from the return amount of the purchase. This service is processed through Mondial Relay and the package must be deposited to the Mondial Relay Pack point with the label that we will provide you with mail.

So it's important to check if you have a Mondial Relay point nearby.

 2. Send the original garment with the service you prefer.

The shipment must be in the same state in which it was received. You must keep the labels and the original packaging.

The garment must be unused and without smells, in short, as it came to you. We're sure this is something you also appreciate when you shop.

3. We can use a coupon with the amount spent so that you can place a new order or we make the refund using the same payment system in which you made the purchase.

No return on shipping costs.

For the size changes you have to make the return (of the size that does not go) and make a new purchase.

If the error is ours and the product arrives with a tart or defect, please contact Mima't Boutique in the 7 days after to be able to replace it with the one you initially purchased always remaining in stock or to be able to make the refund. The amount will be returned by the same payment system you made the purchase. Shipping charges would be in charge of Mima't Boutique.

All our garments carry a label where you specify the perfect washing conditions to make your rightmaintenance. This is why before you put it in the washing machine, it is important that you look at it and make sure of the right temperature, the type of washing (hand or machine) or the type of ironing.

Before we make a shipment, we carefully review each product we sell, in order to avoid anyncidence.

We want you to fall in love with our garments as much as we do when we choose them, so we treat them withVery mime. And we hope you'll give it back in the same way. It must not have been used, it should not smell andyou should always arrive with your corresponding label.
